| Uterine synechiae
I am 25 yrs old with no kids. I do not get my periods without medicines since last 1 year. They were completly normal until May 2007, then stopped for 3 months. (I also had medical termination of pregnancy in Jan 2007.) In August 2007, I was diagnosed with Polycystic ovaries. I have also put on nearly 20 kg in the course of 1 year.
Different BC or hormone pills are reqired everytime for getting periods. I want to conceive and could not. Therefore, got diagnostic hysteroscopy and laparoscopy done, showing extensive synechiae of the uterus with fallopian blocks. What is the best treatment option and my chances of getting pregnant?
I feel fatigued, gaining weight strangly, and have profuse hairfall. Plz help.
