Hello, um yeah. So I've noticed that recently when I take off my bra my boobs really ache. This has happend in the past, but normally is a one off thing. I know it's not my bra size, because I was mesured as a 36 F only last week.

I also know that it's not the time of the month, as I have had sore breasts from that before, and this is a different type of pain... if that makes sense.

Anyway, just wondered if anyone could shed some light on the situation :s

heartellie: It's called Fibrocystic Breast Disease. The lumpy breast syndrome. Your gyno can verify it during a breast exam. Caffeine can make it worse. You might feel more tender right before you get your period from the hormone fluctuations. There's nothing you can do about it. I've lived with it my whole life.
