Delayed PMS Symptoms...could I be Pregnant?

Hey everyone, I've recently started having sex for the first time last fall. It's been with my boyfriend and we are extremely careful with protection (we use condoms). I'm 22 and starting around 4 months ago my PMS symptoms have been pretty regular, with breast soreness for about 1.5 to 2 weeks before my period. Also my period has been about a 39 day cycle. My period was irregular for years so i've just recently seen a trend in the last 4-6 months. However i'm due for my period in about 10 days and still haven't seen any signs breast soreness. Also me and my boyfriend took a shower together without protection but we did not have intercourse and he did not ejaculate. i'm afraid that there's a possibility his pre-ejaculation may have gotten on me.

I'm pretty sure he did not ejaculate at all earlier that day and most likely had urinated before we showered.

Also i have been pretty stressed out/aggravated the last week and a half because of worrying about this and having to take over as manage at my job while my boss was out of town. I'm also normally a healthy eater but the last 2 weeks i've been eating more junk food and missing some meals because of work.

is this normal for my PMS to be later than normal or could this be a sign of being "late"/missing my period?

Re: Delayed PMS Symptoms...could I be Pregnant?

Anytime you have sex there is a possibility of pregnancy. However, if you are consistently using birth control, your chances go down significantly. I don't think taking a shower with someone should give you any cause for concern unless there was penetration. Delayed PMS wouldn't concern me either, because it sounds like your cycles have been rather inconsistent in the past and that is probably what is going on now. Is there a possibility you could use other birth control besides just condoms? This might help you in the future to not be so concerned about unplanned pregnancy.
