I'd appreciate any input you guys have to offer :/

About a week ago, me and my girlfriend where fooling around. We've never had sex, and don't plan on it until marriage.
However, just last weekend, we where fooling around, and I came on her back and on her panties.
I wasn't sure if I hit around the vagina, because she was soaking wet, and I couldn't distinguish between who's fluids where who's. She changed immediately after. I have been really paranoid since then though. I'm worried about a pregnancy.

That was last weekend. Now just yesterday, I was fingering her and I didn't realize until she was finished and I was in the bathroom washing my hands, that I had dried blood on my hands, and somehow down the right side of my pant leg.
She went and checked, and sure enough she was bleeding. Her period isn't due for around a week or so, and she isn't experiencing any cramping yet.

Is this implantation bleeding, or is there another possible explanation...? This wasn't just 'spotting', this was a fair quantity of blood.

I'd be more than happy to provide any additional details required to provide an accurate answer to my question. --Thanks to all of you in advance!

She is no longer bleeding today. She's not experiencing any tenderness of the breasts, but she insists she is experiencing nausea, fatigue, bloating, changes in appetite, frequent urination, and odd sensations in the abdomen, some of which she describe as sharp... which apparently can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy...

Keep in mind, the proposed conceivement was 7 days ago, and she has been under an unusual amount of stress lately.
