unitedgirl00 Newbie (female) Join Date: May 2010 Location: margate,fl,united states Posts: 1	i think my IUD paragard moved i need advice I have pain in my uterus area when i lay on my stomach and when i get up from laying down i feel a strong stich or stab of pain kinda like a contraction or cramp im not sure its hard to explain but it feels like a knife.my bf said that he didnt feel the IUD string when he last had sex with me but i have never been able to feel the string and i have gotten it checked twice and it was still there but the reason im concerned is the pain in my utrus area.
