I've had a history of UTI's... I've had a couple of them in the past few years so I know when I have it. Monday I started getting a weird itch down there inside, but it went away after a few hours. I paid no mind to it. Tuesday and Wednesday, it was a full on UTI with the burning sensation after using the bathroom, urgency with very little urine when I tried, and the uncomfortable irritation and itching. Unfortunately I'd been so busy with school finals and work that I had no time to get to a doctor. I was just trying to flush it out naturally with water and cranberry juice.

This morning I got the most painful burning adn itching and I was constantly going but with very few drops. Two of the times, when I wiped I had faint traces of pinkish blood. I called my GYN's office but tehy had no available appointment for me today and are closed till Monday.

I've been continuing with the cranberry juice and water and will head out to buy some OTC meds tomorrow.

Im a little concerned about the blood, as I've never had that before. It wasnt in my urine flow it seems, but it did come from down there. I'm not very in tune or aware of my body so this seems scary. Why would there be blood??

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Similar experiences?
