Couple questions....yeast or BV?

for the last few days i've had some discharge (i am ovulating but no the difference between CM and this)....never been diagnosed with yeast infection but this is confusing to me.....
have seen some yellowish green mucus when wiping-not every time though.
this am, large clump of grayish white cottage cheese looking stuff in toilet.
sore in vaginal area but not too bad.
no smell.
i've googled this and it sounds like i could have both a yeast and BV?
i have a dr's appt tomorrow (primary dr not my Gyn)....will he be able to diagnose me?
was hoping i could hear from those of you that have had this and what it ended up being...
