A couple of days ago I noticed that my feet and ankles were swollen. I usually have issues with my fingers during the hot weather. They too are a little swollen and my face looks a little puffy.
Any suggestions on what I can do aside from drinking more water and avoid salt? I may be starting my period soon; who knows with this pre menopause stuff going on! I'm beginning to feel like a stuffed sausage!
