Vulvodynia biofeedback

I had two bladder surgeries, after that I started with the burning & like I'm sitting on needles in my vulva. The pain runs all the way to my legs, mainly on the left side. A year & several doctors later I was finally diagnosed with Vulvodynia. They have me on 600mg 4 times a day of Neurotin for the pain. The doctor thinks during one of my surgeries the stitches were done wrong & they might have damaged some nerves. The doctor suggested I start biofeedback.

I know biofeedback helps when Vulvodynia is caused by other problems but my question is will it help if it was caused by surgery?
