jojo32 Junior Member (female) Join Date: Nov 2009 Posts: 30	Fish oil and your period everything i've read said it contributes to a REGULAR cycle. But awhile after I started taking it I had a very unusually skip. then i was normal for 2 months...very very even cycles, and now i'm spotting in between cycles which is also new. can it be from the fish oil? does it really cause unnecessary bleeding inside your body?
