no periods..pregnancy test negative and might have thick womb HELP!!
I havent had my periods in 9weeks...the gp has done 4 pregnancy tests they were all negative and they did a scan(but ireland havent exactly been successful with scans lately)..i had a brown discharge for a couple of days..(sorry,)just when i wiped myself...what could this be?..they marked and measured something in a scan but never told me what it was. one nurse said she thinks it might show i have a thick womb...what would that mean? ...

My doctor has kind of just dismissed it now ..
So I rang the hospital asking them to send me and my doctor the results keep fingers crossed.
Any idea why ive negative pregnancy tests and no periods for 9 weeks?

The thickened womb, or endometrial lining, is probably because you haven't had a period in nine weeks. It sounds like you may have a hormone imbalance going on. How old are you?

Why are you seeing a GP instead of a gyno? That would be the first thing I would do. And brown discharge is usually old blood that wasn't expelled on time.

Herekittykitty-Ye i kinda thought that..im almost twenty
Titchou- I went for exam with gyno they measured somethin in a scan sent me back to a and e (cause i was in with severe pain in my left and lower abdomen which they suspected to be ectopic pregnancy, but wasnt) for them to explain but all they dd was keep given me different pain killers to ease the pain and sent me home when it eased slightly as they had several emergencies, but they never explained a scan picture which was in my chart...something they gyno had measured...i rang the hospital to find out..first they said they couldnt locate my chart then they said that i needed to contact early pregnancy unit which is not open till friday..
