Spider veins and shaving spots

I have just started getting spider veins, even though I have had four girls, and have always been thin, hardly got large carrying babies, lost all the weight at labour, I am now only just getting some on my calves just the side of my leg, they are so thin and little like only 2cm in length, but there is some from my knees to my ankle, I cross my legs at the computer I did for hours like 8pm to 11pm researching all about cloth nappies so I could make them myself for my kids, I also now seem to have shaving red dots more noticable, I never had shaving spots in the past, these aren't black, they are tiny red spots , not from rashes, or using blunt razer, I soak my legs and don't press hard before shaving, I was wondering could it be my spider veins make my shaving red dots appear more noticable
Also it could be a blood circulation problem, I have always had cold feet and hands, if I took gingko biloba would it help, as it's for circulation and other problems, or vitamin b, I had a deficiency once in vitamin b, I am sure my spider veins dissapear when I scrub them with a scrubbing brush in the bath each night, but they reappear
