I have spent the last 20 years researching ways foods can help prevent or reverse osteoporosis. 20 years ago I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis, and I was told I would be in a wheel chair with in a year. I wasnít interested in that type of life so I started eating foods high in calcium and low in fat. With in 2 years, I had another bone density test indicating I had increased my bone density from the spontaneous fracture zone to the safety zone. I am now 84 year old, I lift weights, go on the treadmill and step machine for 45 minutes, 5 days a week, and live a very active life.
