a hairy situation

Okay...this is someting I've always wondered and just never found out...kind of a strange question to me but here it is: just how far back is pubic hair supposed to grow?? I feel like mine just goes way too far back - its not uncomfortable but still - I don't want it there! ha ha. But I'm afraid shaving it would start a have-to-shave-it-everday cycle or else it would get poky/itchy? Ugh.
While I'm on the subject, once a ffriend of mine mentioned "trimming the carpet" but I tried it and it made me very itchy - I think I cut it just so that it curled around and scratched me - did I do it wrong??
I am so clueless. <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/confused.gif">

Re: a hairy situation

It depends on what you mean by too far back. Most people tend to have hair around the anus and some have it past that. It varies from person to person and there is no set starndard on how far back is normal or not.

As for trimming that I dont do. I prefer shaving it all and no it isnt an every day thing,I do it about every other day. But when it comes to trimming it depends on what is comfortable for you. You could try shorter so that the hair doesnt curl as much or leave it long enough that the curls dont itch. Matter of preference is in your hands.
