i am 22 years old with one daughter who is now 3, when i was 17 i lost a baby and they found a cyst on my ovary that needed emergency treatment, they had to take the hole ovary out, so i only got one ovary anyways i managed to get pregnant at the age of 18 and now have a very healthy gorgous little angel (ahhhhhhh lol)i suffer from polycystic ovary syndrome on my only ovary, now gini says i wont beable to have anymore kids unles i have treatment, he has put me on metformin to help with my weight as i am obese, i have had 4 abnormal smears and today i went for a colposcopy, and o my god it hurt me, anyways i was looking at the tele where the camera was it was all fine untill the gini turnt roand and said to me look see that part (the long tube from the entrance) well it was all black the other side was all red he said that that is abnormal that is why i am getting burning sensations and am having alot of abnormal smears.. he then clipped/cut 5 times to take away stuff and i screamed as it hurt so badly and he wouldnt stop he said it had to be done (i put off 3 appointments) i seen blood coming from my uterus and was sick right away and i fainted (not normal for me) anyways i am so scared as i am only 22 and i am so afraid of what the results will be, anyone else ever got this prob?

also as you know with polycystiv ovarys periods are usually non exsistant, anyways dont know if this is anything to with it BUT my legs are always aching, no bsuises or anything, but i fear that whast if i got a bloodclot or something?<p>[This message has been edited by littlesheep1999 (edited 01-02-2003).]
