What to do about mastectomys

I am 17 and have had a two year history of various limps and bumps in my breasts. Luckily, all have been harmless, but all the operations I have had has left me covered in scars.
I have heard that you can get a mastectomy (have your breasts removed), but I'm only 17 and don't want to be deformed for life.
I am considering the operation, as I shouldn't have all this hassle.
If anyone has any information they can give me on this matter, I would really appreciate it.
I'm in a right dilemma, as I want to get it done, yet I don't want to be deformed. Please help.
