Very sore breasts

1 year ago, I altered my cycle by one week for my wedding using the pill. Before I did this, my breasts would get a bit sore before I got my period. Since then my breasts have increased in size and my breasts have been getting more sore as the months go on. Now, I can barely touch them they are so tendor. It is most painful when I do not wear a bra. Has anyone had this happen????

Re: Very sore breasts

You didn't give a time frame, so I don't know if you're talking years or months... however, the only thought that came to mind is that when I was a couple of months pregnant that happened to me...

Re: Very sore breasts

Mine have always been sore off and on, so I talked to my OBGYN. She recommended that I try a Vitamin E supplement. I was pretty skeptical, but it has helped tremedously!!
You know, breast tenderness is not really something you should mess around with, though. I think if I were you, I would see my doctor, and, once you rule out anything serious, you can then try the Vitamin E supplements. That's just my opinion, though.
Good luck!! <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif">

Re: Very sore breasts

The one and only time my breasts hurt was when I was taking progesterone (Prometrium) prescribed by my doctor. I quit taking it because it wasn't helping my hormone imbalance and after that my breasts didn't hurt anymore.
