Progersterone/Wild Yam or Soy?

I am thinking of using progesterone cream and am wondering if anyone has any info or an opinion about the main ingredient...some use soy and some wild yam. Is there a difference, is one better than the other?

Thanks for any advise,
Tia

Wild yam creams don't replace what your body needs. Natural progesterone cream is more ideal and has even been attributed to the prevention of bone loss (osteoperosis). However, soy accounts for many health remedies and maintenance (men and women!) and it has wonderful benefits for women who are going through the 'change'. I use both natural progesterone cream and soy.

Re: Progersterone/Wild Yam or Soy?

I tried a progesterone cream, it wouldn't absorb very well through any part of my body, including my hands. Nothing I've seen would indicate which source would be better. You can, however, buy the wild yam or soy in a health food store and add it to your diet...<p>[This message has been edited by bondgirl (edited 02-04-2002).]
