Hello, I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing or had any helpful ideas... I ended my period on the 15th and started spotting on the 18th. It started light and a pink color, then on the 19th it was a brownish/red color more like the start of my period. Yesterday and Today (the 23rd and 24th) I have had a thick white odorless discharge. (I noticed it after sex.) I have also had cramps since the spotting started, and I have been getting headaches and getting dizzy really easily. I had sex with my fiance the week before my period. Is it possible that i am pregnant? If so... when would I be able to test? If not, any ideas on what it could be? Any ideas are appreciated!
You could be pregnant with the timing but it also sounds like it might be a yeast infection. Is the discharge cottage cheese-like? Are you itchy? You live in a warm part of the country. Yeast grows in warmer climates. Get checked with your doctor if you think you need to, otherwise you can get over the counter yeast meds.
MP716: Yes, you can have a yeast infection without the itchiness but it's more common with the itching. Don't be having any sex until you get this figured out and cleared up. You don't want to pass anything on to your partner.
