What makes her (or you) think you're pregnant? Have you taken an OTC test?
If you aren't ovulating, you simply cannot get pregnant. However, a lack of menstruation does not mean a lack of ovulation. Although it is unusual, you can ovulate without having periods (or vice versa).
PCOS also complicates fertility, so it's even more unlikely.
