| Low Estrogen with Ovarian Cysts
Hi everyone!
In July 2010 I missed three straight periods and after visting a gynocologist, I learned that I had a low estrogen count which resulted in multiple (I never learned the exact number) of cysts confined to my left ovary. I was placed on Loestrin 24 Fe to regulate my estrogen and to resolve the cysts. It's all been going well but lately I've been feelng moderate pressure in my pelvic region as well as gastro intestinal issues, cramping, and lethargy + decreased appetite. I'm not quite sure what to make of it. I'm not due to see my doctor until January but I don't know if any of these symptoms are big enough to go see her earlier. Should this be alarming to me? or should I just wait all of it out. I'm a bit concerned because I have a history of ovarian cancer in my family and I've read that having low estrogen can increase someone's chances to have ovarian cancer.
Any suggestions?
