I'm becoming a little discouraged and it may be premature but here is my dilemma. My husband and I have been married nearly 3 years and have dated since we were 12 and 14..(I'm 28 now). Anyhow, when we became sexually active, I started BCP up until June 2010. It's been about 6 months now. I've had regular 27-28 day cycles with menstruation lasting about 4-5 days. We haven't been purposely TTC but practicing nonetheless. However, my period was due Dec 17th. On the 17th, nothing came. Prior to the 17th and afterward, I've had some cramping and some left and right tenderness where I'd think my ovaries are and breast soreness and sensitivity around the nipple. On the 18th, my husband and I were having sex and I had the WORST ever cramps. I asked him to stop. I literally had pain with movement or pressure. I decided to get in a tub of warm water and after about 10-15mins the intense cramping stopped. I still never saw any bleeding. Anyhow, I've never been pregnant and definitely NEVER had a missed period. I did do some research and saw that I ovulated at some point during the week of Nov 28-Dec 3rd because my last period was Nov 20th. I honestly became excited with the no show but now, with two neg HPT's I'm thinking something is wrong with me. Anyone care to share experiences?
