Question recently diagnosed with adenomyosis

Hi, I am a 27 yr old mom of two and I was recently diagnosed with adenomyosis. I've had a persistant bloating for about 3 months, very, very persistant. I look 6 months pregnant, when I wake up in the morning my belly goes down quite a bit but after just one piece of toast or cup of coffee it goes right back out. It's really annoying people ask if im pregnant and I have to aviod wearing tighter shirts because of this. Adenomyosis can make you look pregnant beacuse your uterus becomes enlarged. But during my ultrasound the Dr. said my uterus was not enlarged at all. So im also wondering whats going on. I've looked in to ovarain cancer and I have all the symptoms, but my ovaries look fine. So im really confused. My pants are barely fitting me beacuse my belly is so big yet im loosing weight beacuse I always feel so full and bloated..
