| Re: missed 3 periods, 5 negative urine tests, signs of pregnancy
Ectopic pregnancy (where the egg latches onto the fallopian tube & grows here rather than in the womb) can result in negative pregnancy tests because the hormones levels that signal pregnancy are significantly lower than with a normal pregnancy, but periods still stop. Having taken the morning after pill or a progestogen contraceptive (the ones you take every day of the month, with no pill free week) can make ectopic pregnancy more likely, and so can a family history of ectopic pregnancies. It might be worth getting checked for this, otherwise it may just be a hormone imbalance, which doctors can check by doing a blood test
