So my doc called and said that the lab was in from my cervical biopsy. All she told me was that I have dysplasia and for follow up she wants to do colpo every 6 months for the next 2 years. After all my research I assumed that meant that my lab came back as cin1. Buuuuut, I went in and got a copy of the lab due to my curiosity. To my surpise, it says:

Focal moderate dysplasia (CIN-2, HSIL) in a backround of low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (CIN-1)

Seems like everything I have read says this needs to be treated... but idk. I feel like I should get a 2nd opinion but I have already paid a fortune for the colp and everything. I feel like I just want to pay to get it treated instead of paying for 4 more colpos. I guess I just want opinions and experiences! Thanx!
