Can I really eat unlimited non-starchy vegetables?
Is it true that you can pretty much eat unlimited amounts of non-starchy vegetables and not gain any weight? I would love to know how many vegetables a day you eat and your experience. Thanks!

Assuming that you don't add fat or dressings or rich sauces, yes, you can pretty much eat unlimited non-starchy vegetables. They take up so much space in your stomach and have so few calories.
