4 week peroid

I have been bleeding very very heavy for 4 weeks now,the first week was really black blood then the last 3 are red with very big clots, its making me very tired and very dizzy.A couple of years ago the heavy peroids started I thought i was tired due to my steroid level being low,i have addisons but i was very aneamic i was given iron tablets which have made me feel a bit better but this is the first time ive been bleeding like this. When i ordered my repeat prescription i asked for tablets for heavy peroids but these have just made it worse if anything and have made me feel very sick.Anyone else had this problem.
