You'd best see a doctor to get properly evaluated. It could be genital warts, or a lesion of some sort. Then again, it could just be an irritation of the vaginal wall, maybe a reaction to a new bath product?? There is no reason for immediate concern if you are feeling okay and you aren't experiencing any pain or bleeding, but you should still really see a doctor and get checked out, even if it goes away. It's probably better to see a doctor sooner rather than later, in case it does go away... that way you'll at least know what it is/was.
PS. Cysts -- as far as I know, are more likely to occur in ovaries.. or even uterus or cervix... never heard of an actual 'vaginal cyst' though.. but it could be entirely possible -- I am no gyno. Still, it's best not to self diagnose. See a doc!
