Looking for a little bit of insight

Hi I'm new to this so here it goes. I had a miscarriage on May 16th of this year. I was 7 weeks along. I haven't had any spotting nor periods in 3 months. I'm on a diet and loseing weight. Each time I lay on my stomic now it feels like a little bump below my belly button. My husband and I didn't wait for the time period to have sex again. I'm not stressed out or anything. I'm more tired then I normaly am. I was just wondering if anyone could help me. I don't want to tell my husband anything right away. So if someone could help me out that would be great. I haven't gone to the docs, seeing I'm looking for work still and have no insurance on myself.
