Hi. I'm not a doctor, but I am a woman who's been through many very miserable periods. All through my teenage years I would get so sick I could barely go anywhere or do anything. Just like you my stomach hurt, I threw up. I grew out of it though. If you don't, getting on the pill could help. As for the brown and red. It's fine, it's all just regular menstral blood.
I understand. Well, if your seriously concerned ask your doctor or GYN. To me, though, from what you've said it just sounds like a very painful period. It doesn't seem like you were pregnant. But again I'm no doctor.
Brown blood is simply old blood that wasn't expelled during a previous period. It's perfectly normal. Sounds like you either had a bad period or some sort of stomach bug.
