| Need Help Cyst
Need help understanding ultrasound report -- I have been having severe lower pelvic pain for months mainly on left side but recently starting to happen on right side as well...I also have bad cramping, sharp stabbing pain, lower back pain, pain in my groin area and pain radating into my legs...had a ultrasound a couple of months ago showed a small cyst on left ovary..just had another one and these are the results...I also have hashimotos, hypothyriodism, high blood pressure, sleep apena, and possible MS!! Please any help would be greatly apperaiated!!!
Impression: Septated left ovarian cyst measuring 3.8 cm. This may represent the larger cyst seen on the prior study or perhaps a new cyst. A new 1.2.cm hypoechoic lesion with internal echoes is seen within the right ovary possibly a complex cyst.
