My GF is scheduled for laparoscopy at the end of this month.
Her recent sonogram appointment turned out that they couldnt find traces of endometriosis however nothing was found at all. I am unsure of what we they could find... what they are looking for nothing and before the surgery a week before they are taking blood but she doesnt know why. Im guessing STD testing and hormone testing?
her symptoms and past as follows
1 year ago she had a urethra stretching operation. she had extreme UTI's that would come back constantly.
8 months ago a cyst rumptured apparently located on her overie
She has not been on any birth control for the last 5 years at all. While we have not tried to have kids we have not practiced safe sex and havent been very careful to say the least. Not sure if she is fertile at all.... hopefully this surgery might tell us if she isnt...?
she has pains during sex
her periods are erractic and often come 3-4 weeks late. she probably only has 8 per year.

We cant seem to get rid of a case of BV. She has taken the week long antibiotics that are supposed to be a sure thing but the BV always comes back. Never a yeast infection. ive taken medicine for it also to make sure im not carrying it and passing it back and forth.
and she claims horrific pains during pms and her period around her overies (she claims)

im just trying to figure out whats going on. i have spent so much time with her at different dr.s now im confused as to what is going on. we are now on our 3rd obgyn in the last year... 2 different urologist and the family dr doesnt even want to see her anymore regarding these issues.
