menorrhagia
 

I have never posted here before.
I live in Vietnam and am actually posting for my Vietnamese fiance who speaks very little English.
For about a month and a half she has had what she describes as menorrhagia.
It includes heavy bleeding and a lot of abdominal pain.
This began after she and I had sexual relations.
She believes this is what caused her to get this.
Unfortunately she does not believe in being treated by a conventional Medical
Doctor and is treating herself after talking with a Vietnamese Herbal Doctor.
If someone has had this problem or something similar I would very much appreciate any advice for her(and me).
Is there any conventional medicine that will help this?
If a lady can speak/write Vietnamese your advice would especially be appreciated as I would then ask her to come on the computer and speak with you.
