I went into the ER on Friday evening due to severe abdominal pain. They found a 2.5 cm complex hemmoragic cyst on my left ovary. I also had vaginosis Gave me percocet for the pain and flagyl for the vaginosis and told me to follow up with my gyno.

Yesterday I went to the gyno who said the cyst isn't big enough to be causing this kind of pain. After palpatating my abdomen and due to the amount of pain I was showing compared to where he pressed, he determined that I had an infection in my uterus. He added Augmentin to the flagyl and percocet that I am taking and said if the pain isn't better in a week to come back in. The Gyno also stated that he may send me to a gastroenterologist. That i might need a colonscopy.

It has been 6 days now since this has all started. I haven't been hungry for 6 days, I've been in pain for 6 days which is now getting worse, it has started to wrap around to my lower back and hips. I've been constipated for 3 days which I'm assuming is due to the percocet. I'm not sleeping any longer than 4 hours at a time which is when the percocet begin to wear off.

I'm exhausted, in pain and I don't know what to do.

A little history on me. I'm 33. I have a 12 yo. for which I had a c-section. I've had a tubal ligation and an endometrial ablation both of which occurred in June of 2010.
