Pelvic pain

About a month ago I thought I was getting a UTI. I went to the doctor and he said there was no sign of infection in my urine. I went to the OBGYN and he tested the urine again and found nothing. He sent me for a pelvic ultrasound that came back normal. He also did a pap and I have to go back in 6 months because it was slightly abnormal. I stopped drinking all coffee and caffeine and everything seemed to get better for a few weeks. This past weekend I noticed that sometimes when I would walk around or move I would get a pain in the center of my pelvic area just above the bone. I also feel like I have to pee alot but I don't think it's a UTI. I've never felt the pain and pressure in this area from a UTI and I cant find anything on the Internet about the possible causes. Has anyone else ever experienced this before? Any help is appreciated! Thanks so much!!
