I don't know if it's called PMS still, but I used to get like that around the time that I was ovulating. I started yoga and the mood symptoms aren't so bad but I still get cramps and stuff.

Unfortunately, yes, but I'm guessing that it would depend at what time in your cycle you ovulate. My best friend would get very nauseous but had a week between that time and her period.

My period is around 24 days and of same consistancy so kind of fink my overys not the problem. X

You may want to check with your doctor. Depending on your age, you could be getting new symptoms because of hormone changes. (I'm 21 and my doctor said new symptoms around my age is common because hormones change at this age). For me, I know it's a week after my period now that I feel icky and stuff, before it was two weeks before lol. Hormones suck sometimes! ;-)
