Hello all

I am in quite an odd state right now. I started on the birth control tri-sprintec a month ago, to regulate my periods. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex last Monday for the first time since being on the pill (it was my third week being on the pill.) We did it twice and he ejaculated inside me both times. Two days later I became completely paranoid about becoming pregnant and took the generic version of Plan B. My period was scheduled to start Tuesday according to my pill cycle, I had some cramps and spotting Tuesday and Wednesday, then today my period started. It isn't anything abnormal, same cramping, pretty heavy flow, like my usual first days. Then about a half hour ago I was walking and felt something very warm and heavy drop...I ran to the bathroom, checked my tampon and then found on my underwear a huge piece of pinkish, whitish tissue. I had had thick tissue in my periods before, but for some reason, this caught me off guard and now I am terrified it was some kind of miscarriage. I am hoping it isn't and that it is just something to do with the pill and my body adjusting. I don't want to be infertile and I am terrified to tell my boyfriend (we're long distance and only see each other for a week at a time every few months...) I can't stop crying because I want children someday, and for some reason this feels horrible to me. PLease any advice would help, maybe I am just overreacting....thanks all.
