Sorry if this is a long post with any tmi. Ok so: I got my last period from the 23rd to the 30th September, which is a couple of days or so longer than they usually last for me but is the same length as Augusts period so I wasn't too concerned. My original predicted ovulation date (thank you pink pad!) was somewhere between the 7th and 12th of October. This is where I start to get a little concerned.On the 8th I had what I assume counts as spotting: small amounts of red blood. On the 9th either spotting/light bleeding I wasn't really sure how to define the quantity. On the I had 10th light bleeding which I thought was the start of a second period. On the 11th just spotting red blood again.

Additionally my breast have been tender (not nipples) and really quite sore for a couple of weeks now (i'm not sure exactly how long). I've also been having some sharp abdominal pains, mainly on either side near my hip bones, below my belly button. I took a pregnancy test on about the 28th which was negative.

Extra info: I'm 21, I had sex from the 5th-11th October and I'm using the cerazette pill as contraception.

So basically I'm wondering whether anyone has any idea what might be causing this?
