Hi Mary,

I am using Ameri Breast pills and its not been to long that I am using this product. After a week it would be One month and I feel some changes like tingling in my breast that is the proof that capsules are working but you will see 100% result after 3 months so we have to be patient in gaining the result. I will post when I find some more good result so that you will get proof of this capsules.
