Hello! I'm a 20 year old female. On September 21, 2011 a 4.9 cm cyst was found on my right ovary. It caused me quite a bit of pain but when I had an ultrasound on Nov. 5, it was no longer there. I had my last period from October 29 to November 2. It is now November 18 and I have been spotting for 3 days. It started off as a very light brown discharge that was almost a constant flow. Then it was just brown and pink when I wipe. Now it is only when I wipe, it is light pink with brown and some TINY brown chunks in it. I have also passed 3 clots in the past 3 days, all were larger than a toonie and DARK ruby red. I am just wondering what this could be from? I have never had irregular vaginal bleeding. My only thoughts are either I'm pregnant and this is implantation bleeding or I have another cyst (I had no abnormal bleeding with my last ovarian cyst).
