| Adenomyosis and right leg/knee pain
Hello,
I am a 46 yr old female with Adenomyosis who recently began feeling a pain in my right knee that weeks later moved to the back of my knee, then to my upper calf, before more recently affecting the lower right calf. MRI of my right knee & leg showed no damage. The pain is constant but more severe when I first stand up after being seated for even the shortest period of time. I literally have to willl myself to walk. I have tried Vicodin, muscle relaxers, Aleve, pain relief gels and a heating pad--nothing takes the pain away, only makes it a little more bearable. I recently read testimonials online from other Adeno sufferers who experienced right leg pain that went away after having a hysterectomy. I am now considering this as a recent blood test revealed that I am not near menopause. Has anyone else experienced right leg pain? Please share. Thanks.
