T3 t4 tsh

is there any cases that a women might required surgery if treatment is not effective to control the TSH level to the acceptable limit?

Yes, if you are hyperthyroid and your TSH is still too low even on the treatments. But this is more appropriate for the thyroid disease thread, I think you will get much more feedback there.

the result read FT3 36.54 pmol/L, FT4 100pmol/L and TSH 0.005ulu/ml what does the result indicate Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism? where can i get the best hospital for treatment
