Possible?

So the last 2 months my periods have been unusually light and short. This month I am 2 weeks late, but have been feeling like my period is going to come any day now and nothing happens. I have had loose stools for a few weeks now which is very unusual for me. I am constantly eating all the time now I'm ravenous!!! It's not possible for me to have gotten pregnant this month, but is it possible that I could have gotten pregnant a month or 2 ago and still have bled? I keep meaning to get a pregnancy test, but hesitate to spend money on one because I don't see how it's possible for me to be pregnant.
