Incontinence after Cryofreeze, with Mirena IUD in

I have had a Mirena IUD since 12/2011 and have had no problems until recently. I had a cryofreeze on my abormal cervical cells done on 10/16 which I made them stop in the middle of it because I was in extreme pain. I was in pain with a lot of vomiting for the rest of the day. On 10/27 I woke up feeling like I wet the bed. Throughout the day I found that I had a slow drip of urine every time I moved, laughed, or anything, and I could feel my mirena moving. I went to the ER after work, about 5pm, and was told that these were not related, I just had stress incontinence. I still have the dripping problem and have been wearing pads for it, which aren't enough. I am going to try to get into my doctor this week, but when I called them yesterday they said I would need to go thru my gyno. The hospital referred me to a urologist. My gyno is a jerk, not going back to him. When I had the pain, he got an attitude and said that no one ever experiences pain with the cryofreeze. I think my mirena has nicked my bladder but every doctor so far has told me that is impossible! Then why am I peeing myself?! Has anyone experienced this, and if so, HOW CAN I STOP PEEING MYSELF?
