small mass under perinium and in labia

About 2 days ago I noticed a pea size lump inside of my right labia marjora. It is towards the bottom of the labia around where the two meet to cover the vaginal opening. It was very painful the first day but has progressively gotten better. There is no evidence of it on the outside skin of my labia. Only if you pinch or press on the labia tissue you can feel it. I also noticed a very similar round lump under the tissue of my perinium/anal area. It is closer to the anus but still underneath the normal tissue. It is NOT a hemrrhoid as it is not on the anus itself, but next to it. It is veeeery painful. I can't sit properly or move my legs around. I have internal hemorrhoids and I'm not sure if this is something stemming from that as I have had diarrhea for days due to a round of amoxicillin I'm taking for an ear infection. I'm not sure if these two lumps are related or unrelated. Anyone experience anything similar or know what these could be?

Hi kaykay,
So sorry you are hurting. Time for a trip to ob/gyn, imo. There are bartholin glands & another gland exactly where you are describing. Bartholin glands can get cysts, infections,
abcesses. It could be the amox is partially treating the top lump. The bottom one could be infected with e. coli & the amox isnt as effective. Anyway, this is commonly seen @ gyns office & you dont want anything to get worse that you have to go to ER.(happened to my friend & she had to have surgery). Tell receptionist why so she will give you a prompt appt. Not in 3 months!lol God bless you. Thank you, gmak
