Exclamation Trying to Diagnose Myself! Fatigue and loss of energy

My doctor couldnt find out what was wrong with me, and neither can I. Im a 16 year old female, 130lbs, 5"4. My symptoms are Chronic fatigue, and overall loss of energy. Shortness of breath/trouble breathing after short periods of time. Severe cold intolerance.
Ive been on the birth control pill for 5 months now. I thought that may be the cause of my fatigue and loss of energy. The shortness of breath may be asthma, though I have never had it before. The cold intolerance makes no sense. Its very severe and it affects my entire day. My thyroid levels are fine and my blood work came back fine, so im not anemic (my first guess). All of this started within the last several months, and was the complete oppisite before. (high energy, never tired, little trouble breathing, always warm)
I need to figure out what is wrong with me and how i can make myself better. any opinions are welcome, and very appriciated!

did they check your ferritin levels (your iron stores)? you can have low ferritin (which causes all the same symptoms of anemia) and still have a normal haemoglobin (iron) level.

You can have symptoms of low thyroid, even if your lab results are in the "normal" range. I would get your actual lab results plus reference ranges and post them for comment. Many people are told labs are normal when they are not. I would want proof for myself.

Sounds like acid reflux to me. I had all of those symptoms before I got a good med - including shortness of breath because the acid asperates in to the lungs. Might be worth checking out...
