43 and strange periods

Hi everyone

I am 43 years old and recently hadn't had a period for 3 months, then 2 weeks ago I had a normal ( ish ) period. It ended normally last week...then...tonight I felt kinda strange and went to the toilet and realised I had flooded everywhere! That was around 9pm....now at 2am it's completely clear??? Does anyone know why this should happen to me?...Oh forgot to mention that I had a heart attack last year...and I am now on 5 or 6 different meds ( the usual ones after heart trauma)

Thanks in advance
