 I havent had a period in over a year
Hi i am a tad worried...
i came off the contraceptive injection over a year ago and still havent had a period, I have had no pain, no spotting and i have gained about 2 stone regardless of the fact i havent changed my diet. I went to the dr 6 months ago, they said i should have had a period by then and sent me for blood tests. they all came back normal so i assumed my period would eventually come back. another 6 months went by so i went back to the dr and i have a scan tomorrow but apparently i could have to wait upto 8 weeks for the results. does anyone know what it might be?
I got myself in a panic because looking online at what it could be, somewhere it said it could be cancer. im only 22 but my mum died of cancer 2 years ago at a young age.
