Ovarian cyst and enlarged appendix
 

I have been diagnosed with an ovarian cyst on my right ovary and an enlarged appendix. They said not to worry about it until I run fever, I already have a low body temp and its gone up to a normal body temp. It's been a couple of months since my ct scan and now I'm in intense pain on my right side and I don't know if its my cyst or my appendix.
