Unhappy Took Plan B, can I still get pregnant?

On New years eve my fiancé and I got carelessly intoxicated and had unprotected sex multiple times, A few times he didn't pull out. Ive been on birthcontrol for a few years and have never missed a pill, but just incase we got the plan B pill. I took it as soon as possible but that was after 36 hours. Since then since we've had sex, certian positions have left me with sharp pains on my lower right abdomin, during and after sex. Just a few days ago ( January 12th) my nipples started to get sore to the touch and the nipple itself is longer. My boobs are starting to look bigger, and I haven't had any breakouts. Also Ive been throwing up on and off and have had stomach cramps, my period doesn't come for another week. Could I be pregnant or could it be something else?

Personally I don't think you are pregnant. I know when I PMS a week before my period if I have sex it hurts. Your cervix starts to sit lower when you near your period. Also, cysts on your ovaries can make sex painful sometimes. Also, when I PMS my boobs get really sore and I feel nauseated and get headaches. If your period doesn't come, take an at home test. Dollar Tree makes tests for a $1 and they work just as fine as the more expensive ones at stores (sometimes better)!

Taking Plan B also changes your cycle. If you kept on with your birth control as normal, you may not have been properly protected. Did you talk with the pharmacist or your gyno about how to adjust that? If not, you should in the future so that you get your cycle back on track.
